The Justice for Miners Campaign is an initiative of Breathe Films and the Southern Africa Resource Watch (SARW).
The mining industry owes a debt to its former workers, who suffered illnesses due to their labor. Despite a court-mandated compensation agreement, the Tshiamiso Trust obstructs justice through rejected appeals, unreasonable timeframes, language barriers, refusal to recognise valid medical certificates, and a lack of transparency.
Justice For Miners is certified as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) with the Department of Social Development and all donations are tax deductible. When making a donation request the 18A certificate from jfmadvocacy@justiceforminers.org
